Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM (midday) are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We currently offer UPS Ground shipping, which typically delivers within 2–6 business days after shipment.

East Coast deliveries tend to arrive faster, as orders ship from Florida

West Coast deliveries may take longer within the stated timeframe
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Expedited Shipping
Faster shipping options are available at checkout for customers who need their order sooner.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates for these options are calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@veiledrevolution.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier, but we will always do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent
