Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, and we do not offer exchanges.

Damages, defects, wrong items, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if something is missing, please contact us at hello@veiledrevolution.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review and help.
To help us resolve this quickly, include:

Photos/video evidence (as applicable), including the item, packaging, and shipping label
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll determine the best solution at our discretion, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Important: Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Items not eligible for return or exchange
Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Fit/style preference

Normal variation in color/print placement (we do our best, but slight differences can occur)

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or not kept in original condition
Shipping issues & delivery errors
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can advise next steps (carrier claim, address verification, etc.). Carrier decisions may affect outcomes.
Legal rights (EU/UK and other jurisdictions)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights where local consumer protection laws apply.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. European Union+1
